A leading international law firm are looking for an outstanding senior BD/CRM assistant to join their central account management team. Focusing on a small number of banking clients you will have extensive contact with relationship partners where you will coach and advise them on all areas of client care. You will also develop an existing client feedback program, promoting best practice within the firm and the role will be mixture of internal strategic direction and also some external contact as well.
This firm are looking for the brightest talents out there so you will need to have a strong academic background allied to some BD/CRM experience gained in a professional services environment – most likely either accountancy or legal. You will also require outstanding communication skills in order to liaise effectively with partners.
